This is my F.A.Q. Though I see that alot of people already know alot about the asian ball jointed dolls because they are quite popular these days.

I'm not very good in this kind of stuff, but I hope this helps.

What are these dolls?
They are Asian Ball Jointed Dolls (bjd or abjd) or even Dollfies; Dollfies are a term Volks (Japanese company that brought out the first bjd in the late 90's) use for the asian ball jointed dolls. Though I don't like that word so I don't use it for my dolls. Also because I don't have a Volks doll. (I just call them dolls |D )

They are made of Resin wich is very strong and pretty material and I think it's also the case why they are so expensive.

What are the size of these dolls?
I guess the smallest one is 10 cm and the biggest one 80-90 cm xD
My dolls are SD (super dollfie) that's 60 cm.
You also have MSD (mini super dollfie) and those are 40-45 cm
These days there are alot of various sizes. But 60 cm is the most common.

Do you make your dolls?
No! I buy them but I do customize them.

Do you paint your dolls?
Yes I paint the faces of my dolls by myself. They call face ups.

How much are these dolls?
The prize variates alot! For whole dolls it's like $200 - $2,000. But there are alot of dolls (limited and second hand) that are much more expensiver! Yes this hobby is crazy! <3
